Discover your need rather than following what others believe you should do. You may expect to feel every emotion possible as you enter this long-term process of grief and bereavement. physical pain, since grief is often felt intensely in the chest and digestive tract. Honoring your feelings is essential, yet each person must find ways of expression, but also maintain a sense of balance.

At Church & Community we understand how important the support and care of your family and friends are at a time of loss. We also know that many times a person needs additional assistance. We are always on hand to help you through the process by providing you with resources and information related to support groups.
